Features - 

Ability to craft and run marketing queries using patient based filters, more filtering option will be available soon:

HearLink now supports Manual marketing queries, giving users full control over how marketing lists are built. This new option allows you to create named queries using predefined fields and conditions, run them on demand, review query history and export matching patients as CSV files.

Ability to enable an optional, additional note field on the online booking system:

The online booking widget now includes an Additional notes form field. Any information entered by the patient during booking is automatically added to the Additional notes section of the appointment and the notes section in the patient profile. This gives clinicians and reception teams greater visibility and context before the appointment takes place.

More variables added for communications:

We've added more variables to communications, giving you greater flexibility when creating email, SMS and letter templates. These additional variables allow messages to be more personal and customisable, helping ensure patient receive clear, relevant information based on their appointment, clinic and personal details.

Filtering by clinic now filters the users shown based on their user schedule:

Filtering by clinic now dynamically updates the list of available users based on their assigned schedules. When a clinic filter is applied, only users who are scheduled to work in that clinic will be shown.
