Who do I contact if I'm locked out of the system?

If your unable to log into HearLink, the steps depend on why your locked out.


Forgot your password:

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password via email. You'll receive a secure link to create a new password.


Technical login issues:

If you're experiencing technical problems logging in (error messages, pages not loading, etc):

  • Tray a different web browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try from a different device


If none of these resolve the issue, contact HearLink support.



Quick tip: Most login issues are resolved by using the password reset link or contacting your organisation admin. Save time by trying these first before contacting support.
