Why can't I edit some patient details?
Some fields may be locked based on permissions, patient status or automated workflows. If something isn't editable, it's likely intentional, designed to protect data integrity or comply with legal requirements.
If your responsibilities have changed or you are sure you should have access to edit patient details you can:
- Speak to your organisations administrator or owner.
- They can adjust your group membership or create a new group with the required permissions.
