Currently, HearLink is designed as a practice management system for clinic staff, not a patient facing portal. Patients do not have direct login access to view their records in HearLink.
What patients can do:
Receive communications - Patients receive appointment conformations, reminders, letters and other communications from HearLink via email and SMS.
Book appointments online - The Online Booking Widget allows patients to book appointments through your website without logging into HearLink.
Request information - Patients can request copies of their records from your practice, which you can provide using HearLink's export features.
How you share information with patients:
Generate and send letters - Create patient letters with clinical information, test results or treatment plans directly from HearLink.
Export and print records - Print or save patient reocrds, hearing tests and reports to share during appointments or send by post.
Email documents - Send specific documents or forms to patients via email.
PDF - Generate PDF versions of hearing tests, fitting receipts and other records to email or print.
Future developments:
HearLink continually evolves based on customer feedback. A patient portal may be added in future updates.
While HearLink doesn't currently include a patient portal, its communication tools and online booking ensure patients stay informed and engaged with your practice.
