What user roles are available in HearLink CRM?
Unlike some systems with fixed user roles, HearLink uses what are called Groups. You create your own "roles" by setting up groups with tailored permissions. This let's your organisation decide exactly what each member in a particular Group can access and do.
This allows full customisation based on each organisations specific requirements.
