Why can't I access certain clinics or features?
Access to clinics and similar features in HearLink is controlled by your permissions group(s).
Common reasons for limited access:
- The user Group you are a member of doesn't have the required permissions to view or perform actions on clinic or feature.
- You're not assigned to the clinic in question. Clinics can be assigned to users in the Users section of the organisation settings.
- The feature is restricted based on role or system configuration.
Tip: If your view seems limited, check with your administrator or organisation owner to confirm your Group permissions. Further reading:
