Why is my appointment not showing on the calendar?

Make sure you are viewing the correct clinic and date range. 


If you are trying to view cancelled appointments on the calendar make sure the Hide cancelled appointments option is disabled.


If you're filtering by user, check the member was assigned to the appointment.


Common Fix: Calendar filters can hide expected data. Try clearing filters or toggling between users and locations.
