Here's whats new in v0.0.180 & v0.0.181

Features - 

Xero integration phase 1: 

Connect HearLink with Xero organisations. Configure default payment accounts, revenue accounts and tax rates. Export financial data via Xero ready CSV file.

Ability to quickly create a patient when clicking on the calendar to create an appointment: 

When creating an appointment from the calendar, new option in the search dialog to choose whether to create a new patient. After creation, continue with the booking of an appointment as usual.

Added today option on the calendar date picker for weekly view: 

When the a user is navigating the calendar in weekly view they can quickly naviagte back to today by clicking the Today text at the bottom of the date picker dialog.

Configure the time interval on the calendar (15, 30, 60 mins):

Ability to click on the calendar to create an appointment when in clinic view:

Same process as creating an appointment from people view when on the calendar now applies to the clinic view.

Bug Fixes -

Deleted appointment types no longer used when calculating assignable users:

Filtered out deleted appointment types that are still assigned to some users sometimes causing an issue with them showing in the calendar.
