How do I get notified about new features?
You can view the latest release article by clicking the help widget in the bottom left hand corner of HearLink when on the calendar page. The very top article displayed here will have the latest release notes and will have a date as a title (24 February 2026 as an example).
Not all releases come with a release article, for example we may make small changes to the system or bug fixes and for these we don't write complete release articles until a major change or an accumulation of changes has happened. Because of this, the release number on the article and within HearLink won't always match.
You can view all release articles, along with an explanation of what new features were implemented alongside any UI enhancements, in the System Updates section of the Help Centre.
