Here's whats new in v0.0.189 - v0.0.194

Features - 

Ability to add multiple payments when creating an invoice:

In addition to the initial payment, you can now add multiple payments by different methods when creating an invoice.

Ability to reorder the appointment types in the booking widget:

The order of the appointment types in the booking widget was previously random. You can now order these to your preferences in the Booking Widget Settings section of HearLink.

Improvements -

Added quantity to the payments & refunds report:

In the payments and refunds report, clinic summary, added a quantity of payments for each individual clinic.

Updated the add/edit unavailability dialog to use the cached users instead of searching:

When selecting the user while creating an unavailability or holiday block it now users a dropdown of the users instead of searching. Note: you can still search within the dropdown if you have a large list of users.

Bug Fixes -

Audiogram image is now generated on the backend so it will correctly generate PDF documents when data comes in from Noah:

Issue: The audiogram image would not generate when the data was pulled from Noah.

Fix: "Draw" the image on the backend before it's sent to HearLinkto make sure it is created when pulled from Noah.
