Adding Stock

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 10:35 AM

An organisation can add items to the stock management section, should they have hearing aids or accessories stored as stock.

In this article we'll cover:

  • how to add new stock items such as hearing aids or accessories.
  • each section of the Add stock form.

Add stock

  • Navigate to Stock Management.
  • Click the Add stock button.

  • Complete the Add stock form with the required details.

You can select from any available Hearing aids or Accessories listed in your products & services.

When adding warranty, a user can add separate Manufacturer and Patient expiration dates.

When adding a hearing aid, the quantity is fixed at 1 and cannot be changed. For accessories, you can manually adjust the quantity as needed.

  • Click Submit to save the new stock item.

Once added, stock items can be allocated to a patient either for trial or as sold.
