An organisation can manage hearing aid models within the Products & Services section. These models can then be selected when adding stock or creating an order.
In this article we'll cover how to:
- add a single hearing aid.
- bulk import hearing aids.
Only users with the correct permissions can add hearing aids. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Add a hearing aid
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Products & Services section of the settings.
- Click the the Edit icon
on Hearing aids.

- Click the Add hearing aid button.

- Complete the form with the Hearing aid details.
- Click Submit to save the hearing aid.

The new Hearing aid will now be available when adding stock or creating an order.
Bulk import hearing aids
- Click the Bulk import hearing aids button.

- Choose an existing file or download the import template.
- Upload the completed file and click Submit to import the data.

Once imported, all hearing aids will be available when adding stock or creating an order.
