Add accessories to be used in the stock management section of the HearLink system. Accessories can be added individually or imported in bulk when setting up. Once added, accessories will be available for use when adding stock or creating an order.
In this article we'll cover how to:
- add a single accessory.
- bulk import accessories.
Only users with the correct permissions can add accessories. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Add an accessory
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Products & Services section of the settings.
- Click the the Edit icon
on Accessories.

- Click the Add accessory button.

- Complete the form with the Accessory details.
- Click Submit to save the accessory.

The new Accessory will now be available when adding stock or creating an order.
Bulk import accessories
- Click the Bulk import accessories button.

- Choose an existing file or download the import template.
- Upload the completed file and click Submit to import the data.
