Updates never affect your stored data.
HearLink releases are designed to be non-disruptive, with all updates tested in advance to preserve your configurations and patient information exactly as they are. Your patient records, appointments, invoices and all other data remain intact through every update.
What happens during an update:
HearLink updates are deployed automatically with no action required from you. Any changes that require migration from a legacy to new feature are done automatically with zero disruption to you practice.
Your settings are preserves - Calendar configurations, user permissions, custom forms, templates and all organisation settings remain unchanged unless the update adds new optional features you can choose to configure.
New features are added safely - When updates introduce new functionality, existing workflows continue as before. New features are typically available for organisation owners and require permissions to be set for general users, giving you control over when and how to adopt them.
No data loss - HearLink maintains comprehensive backups and follows strict depolyment procedures to ensure zero data loss during updates.
Updates are tested extensively before release and monitored during deployment to ensure smooth transitions for all organisations.
