HearLink is a cloud-based system that works on all modern web browsers and devices, giving you flexibility to access your practice management system from any location.

Supported web browsers:

HearLink works on:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Other modern browsers based on Chromium

No specific version requirements or browser plugins are needed. Simply access HearLink through your browser at your organisation's URL.

Device compatibility:

Desktop and laptop computers - Full functionality on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems through any supported browser.

Tablets - Works on iPad, Android tablets, and other tablet devices. The interface adapts to touchscreen interactions.

Mobile phones - Accessible on iPhone and Android smartphones with a responsive mobile-optimized interface.

Recommended setup:

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Using an up-to-date browser (automatic updates enabled)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Desktop or laptop for administrative tasks and detailed clinical work
  • Mobile or tablet for quick schedule checks and on-the-go access

Cloud-based benefits:

Because HearLink is cloud-based, you don't need to:

  • Install any software on your devices (HearLink connector is required for Noah integrations)
  • Perform manual updates
  • Worry about compatibility issues between devices
  • Maintain local servers or infrastructure

Simply log in from any device with internet access and your data is always current and synchronised across all your locations and team members.
