Ability to create email templates and send ad hoc emails:
In the all new Communications Settings section of the Organisation Settings, a user can create email templates to be used in other areas of the HearLink system. These email templates can also be used to send ad hoc communications to patients from the communications tab.

Added Professor as title:
Professor is now available to use as a title in the create a patient form.
Organisation settings sidebar now ordered alphabetically:
Sidebar list of settings previously had no order, they are now ordered alphabetically for easier navigation.

Features -
Ability to customise the order of the patient form fields:
When customising the patient form, a user can now re-order the form fields to their liking. This will then be displayed when creating or editing a patient.

Ability to determine which forms are sent during confirmation messages when creating an appointment:
When creating an appointment a user can decide whether or not to send the confirmations attached to the appointment type. Some of these confirmations may have forms attached to them. If you want to still send the confirmations without the forms you can now disable these.
