Order overview report

The order overview report gives you a clear view of all orders placed, helping you track sales activity, spot trends, and monitor progress. Use it to review order volumes and values across clinics and time periods.

This report displays:

• total number of orders.
• average order value.
• total revenue.

You can also group data and apply filters to refine your analysis.

View the order overview report

• Navigate to Reporting.
• Click the View text on the Overview of the Order reports.

By default, the report shows a single total row of data across the selected date range

This includes:

• Count - total orders within the time period.
• Average order value - average revenue per order.
• Revenue - total revenue from all orders.

You'll also see a bar chart visualising the orders across the selected period.

Use the Group by dropdown to segment the data.

Click All filters to open the sidebar and apply the filters to narrow the results. 

You can save a set of filters for each report to quickly change the data on the report. See Saved report filters
