An organisation can manage payment methods by enabling or disabling pre-defined options. Additionally, custom payment methods can be added or deleted as needed.
In this article we will cover how to:
- enable or disable payment methods.
- add a custom payment method.
- delete a custom payment method.
Only users with the correct permissions can configure payment types. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Enable or disable payment methods
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Finance section of the settings.
- Click the Edit icon
next to Payment methods.

- Select which pre-defined Payment methods to enable or disable.
Example: Enable Card, Cash, Bank Transfer and Spread Payment, disable the others as needed.

Add a custom payment method
- Click the Add custom payment method button.
- Enter the name of the new payment method.
- Click Submit to save.

Custom payment methods are always enabled and cannot be disabled like the pre-defined methods.Delete a custom payment method
- Locate the custom payment method you want to delete.
- Click the Delete icon
next to it.

- You'll be shown a warning message.

- Click Delete to confirm and delete the payment method.
