WARNING: Address lookup not working

Our address lookup provider is currently experiencing an issue which means automatic address search may not work as expected.


We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.


What this means

When entering an address in HearLink (for example when creating or editing a patient, clinic, or contact), the address lookup search will not return results.


This does not affect any existing data in your system.


What you can do

You can still enter addresses manually by typing directly into the address fields as normal. All address information will save and function correctly once entered.


We are monitoring the situation and will restore the address lookup feature as soon as the service becomes available again or we find alternative providers. Thank you for your patience while this is resolved.
