Edit allocation

Occasionally, product allocation details may need to be updated. For example, changing the fitting date or updating which ear a hearing aid was assigned to.

In this article we'll cover how to:

edit the allocation details of a patient's product.

Edit allocation details

Navigate to the desired patient.
Click the Products tab.
Locate and click the Edit allocation text on the Product you want to edit.

Update the Allocation details as required.
Click Submit to save your changes.
