Edit or delete a patient transaction

You can edit or delete transactions directly from the patient dashboard.


In this article we'll cover how to:

  • edit a transaction.
  • delete a transaction.


If a transaction type is Charge, you cannot edit or delete it. These are locked by the HearLink system to preserve financial accuracy.




Edit a transaction

  • Navigate to the desired patient.
  • Click the Transactions tab. 
  • Locate and click the Edit iconon the Transaction you want to edit.



  • Update the Transaction details as required. 
  • Click Submit to save your changes.



Delete a transaction

  • Locate the Delete iconon the transaction you want to delete.



  • Click the Delete text.
  • You'll be shown a warning message. 



  • Click Delete to confirm and delete the transaction.


Warning: Once a transaction has been deleted this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution!
