You can edit or delete transactions directly from the patient dashboard.
In this article we'll cover how to:
- edit a transaction.
- delete a transaction.
If a transaction type is Charge, you cannot edit or delete it. These are locked by the HearLink system to preserve financial accuracy.Edit a transaction
- Navigate to the desired patient.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- Locate and click the Edit icon
on the Transaction you want to edit.

- Update the Transaction details as required.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
Delete a transaction
- Locate the Delete icon
on the transaction you want to delete.

- Click the Delete text.
- You'll be shown a warning message.

- Click Delete to confirm and delete the transaction.
Warning: Once a transaction has been deleted this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution! Was this article helpful?
