When a patient books an appointment through the booking widget, your organisation may want to receive an email notification. You can add multiple email addresses to the notification list.

- how to add email addresses to the notification list.
Only users with the correct permissions can update email notifications. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Email notifications
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Booking Widget Settings section of the settings.
- Click the Edit icon
next to Email notifications.

- Add the email addresses that should receive notifications when a patient books an appointment via the booking widget.

- Click Save to apply the changes.
