Upgrade user to Org Owner

If your organisation needs to change a user to an owner, this must be done by the HearLink support team.

What is the organisation owner?

The organisation owner is the main account holder in HearLink. This user has full access across all features, including:

• Organisation settings.
• User permissions and management.
• Clinic wide data and reporting.
