Organisations can manage reusable note snippets for use across the HearLink system.
In this article we'll cover how to:
- edit a note snippet.
- delete a note snippet.
Only users with the correct permissions can edit or delete a note snippet. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Edit a note snippet
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Form/Input Settings section of the settings.
- Click the Edit icon
next to Note snippets.

- Locate and click the Edit icon
on the custom form you want to edit.

- Update the Note snippet details as required.
- Click Submit to save your changes.

Delete a note snippet
- Locate the Delete icon
on the note snippet you want to delete.

- Click the Delete icon.
- You'll be shown a warning message.

- Click Delete to confirm and delete the note snippet.
Warning: Once a note snippet has been deleted this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution!
