Once an appointment type has been added, you may need to update some of its details, such as the changing the name, adjusting the duration, or modifying how it's presented in the booking widget.
In this article we will cover how to:
- edit an appointment type.
Only users with the correct permissions can edit an appointment type. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Editing an appointment type
- Navigate to Organisation Settings.
- Locate and click the Appointment Types section of the settings.
- Click the View icon
of the appointment type you want to update.

- Click the Edit text.

- Update the Appointment Type details as required.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
Your updates will be applied across the HearLink system, including the calendar and booking widget.
