You can disable manufacturer order tracking for your organisation entirely using a toggle in Organisation Settings. When disabled, all manufacturer order tracking features are hidden from view, though existing data is retained.

Only users with the correct permissions can manage manufacturer order settings. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Disable manufacturer order tracking
- Navigate to Organisation Settings.
- Locate and click Manufacturer Orders Tracker.
- Enable or disable the Enable manufacturer order tracking option.

If you have active manufacturer orders, you will see a warning message before disabling the feature.

Warning: Disabling manufacturer order tracking will hide all related features from your organisation. No data will be deleted.Click Confirm.
What happens when tracking is disabled
When manufacturer order tracking is disabled:
- The Manufacturer Orders navigation item is hidden.
- Manufacturer order status indicators are removed from related screens.
- Existing manufacturer order data is retained and not deleted.
Tracking can be re-enabled at any time by returning to the Manufacturers Order Tracker setting and enabling it. When re-enabled, your previous manufacturer order data becomes visible again.
