Edit or delete a hearing aid

In this article we'll cover how to:

• edit a hearing aid.
• delete a hearing aid.
• bulk delete hearing aids.

Only users with the correct permissions can edit or delete a hearing aid. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.

Edit a hearing aid

• Navigate to Organisation settings. 
• Locate and click the Products & Services section of the settings. 
• Click the Edit icon on Hearing aids.

• Click the Edit icon on the Hearing aid you want to update.

• Update the Hearing aid details as required. 
• Click Submit to save your changes. 

Delete a hearing aid

• Locate the Delete iconon the hearing aid you want to delete.

• Click the Delete icon.
• You'll be shown a warning message. 

• Click Delete to confirm and delete the hearing aid. 

Warning: Once a hearing aid has been deleted this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution!

Bulk delete a hearing aids

• Select the hearing aids you want to delete. 

• Click Delete hearing aids.
• You'll be shown a warning message. 

• Click Delete to confirm and delete the hearing aids.
