The Hearing Aid Sales report gives you a clear view of hearing aid units sold across your organisation, helping you track sales activity, compare manufacturers and monitor returns. Use it to review unit volumes, revenue and average selling price across clinics, practitioners and time periods.
This report displays:
- total units sold and returned.
- revenue and average selling price.
- binaural fitting rate and share of total by manufacturer.
You can also group data and apply filters to refine your analysis.
View the Hearing Air Sales report

By default, the report shows a bar chart visualising hearing aid sales across the selected date range, with a table of data underneath.
Each row represents a manufacturer and includes the following columns:
- Manufacturer - the hearing aid manufacturer.
- Gross units - total units sold before returns.
- Returned - units returned within the period.
- Net units - units sold after returns.
- Revenue - total revenue from net units.
- ASP - average selling price per unit.
- Binaural rate - the percentage of fittings supplied as a pair.
- Share of total - the manufacturer's proportion of total net units.
You'll also see a bar chart visualising the hearing sale activity across the selected period.

Group by
Use the Group by dropdown to segment the data by appointment type, manufacturer, assignee, clinic, model or referral.
Click All filters to open the sidebar and apply filters to narrow the results. The report can be filtered across the same options.
When grouped by certain options, you can drill down to view more detail within each group.
Export
- Click Download summary to export the current summary view to CSV.
- Click Download unit detail to export a detailed breakdown of individual units.
These exports are useful for deeper analysis or record keeping outside of the HearLink system.
