Add, Edit, Delete & Manage Clinics

If your organisation has one or multiple clinics, you can add them here. For each individual clinic you can add different brands, colours, booking widget images or hide the clinic from the booking widget.

In this article we'll cover how to:

• add a clinic to your organisation.
• edit a clinic.
• delete a clinic.

Only users with the correct permissions can manage clinics in an organisation. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.

Add a clinic

• Navigate to Organisation settings. 
• Locate and click the Clinics section of the settings. 
• Click the Add clinic button.

• Complete the form with the Clinic's details, include an optional image to be used on the booking widget or hide from the booking widget. For more on brands, read this article.

You can control which appointment types are available at each clinic.

• Select which appointment types are not available to be booked at that clinic location.
• Any appointment types not selected will be available to be booked both manually and on the online booking widget.

Hiding the clinic from the booking widget will mean that a patient cannot book an appointment at this clinic online. This is a hard block and can only be overridden by disabling.

• Click Submit to save the new Clinic. 

Edit a clinic

• Navigate to Organisation settings. 
• Locate and click the Clinics section of the settings. 
• Click the Edit iconfor the Clinic you want to modify.

• Update the Clinic's details as required. 
• Click Submit to save your changes.

Delete a clinic

• Locate and click the Clinics section of the settings. 
• Locate the Delete iconof the Clinic you want to delete. 

• Click the Delete icon. 
• You'll be shown a warning message. 

• Click Delete to confirm and delete the clinic.
  

Warning: Once a clinic has been deleted this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution!
