Email template overview

HearLink allows your organisation to communicate with patients quickly and consistently using predefined email templates and ad hoc emails.

With email templates you can:

• Create reusable templates for common communications (e.. reminders, follow ups, or invoices).
• Edit or delete existing templates to keep your messaging up to date.
• Send one off emails directly from the patient dashboard using a template as a starting point.

This ensures all team members use consistent, professional messaging while still allowing flexibility when a personal touch is needed.
