What are brands?

Modified on Thu, 17 Jul at 11:01 AM

Your organisation may operate under multiple Brands, each with its own identity, focus, and clinic location. The brands feature in HearLink system allows you to customise the patient experience by aligning visual elements like colours, logos, and names to each clinic.

Example:

  • Windsbury Wax Removal specialises in ear wax removal, uses a light purple colour scheme and displays an Ear Logo.
  • Nottingham Hearing focuses on hearing assessments, features dark purple branding and displays a text logo.

These brands can be assigned to clinics across your organisation, helping differentiate services and reinforce brand recognition.

Why use brands?

  • Customised documents: Invoices, reports, and fitting receipts will reflect the assigned brand’s logo, name, and colours.

  • Multiple clinic identities: If you operate distinct services or locations, branding keeps them visually separate and clear for patients.

  • Professional presentation: Presenting consistent, branded documentation improves trust and reinforces your clinic's professionalism.

How it works

Below is a comparison between two invoices from different clinics with the distinct brands applied:

  • Invoice A: Nottingham Hearing
  • Invoice B: Windsbury Wax Removal

Using brands helps reinforce each clinic's identity while ensuring consistency in patient communication.
