An organisation can add new statuses to their workflow to better reflect their processes.
In this article we'll cover how to:
- add a status to the workflow.
Only users with the correct permissions can add statuses to the workflow. If you think you should have permission to perform such an action please contact the organisation owner.Add a status
- Navigate to Organisation settings.
- Locate and click the Workflow section of the settings.
- Click the the Edit button.

- Click the Add status button.

- Enter a new Status name.
- Click Submit to save the status.

The status will now be available to arrange into position when editing the workflow.
